The Famous Anselmo Burgers

  • co2footprint-hamburger1/2 lb. Ground Meat
  • Bread Crumbs
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Italian Seasoning
  • 1 Egg
  1. Mix ground meat, salt, pepper and bread crumbs in bowl,
  2. Add egg with breadcrumbs to insure consistency. This helps keep the meat together.
  3. Take meat with hands and form into little balls, then flatter into patties.
  4. Fry in fry pan brown on both sides, cut open a little to make sure the meat is done.
  5. Place on toasted bun with toppings and enjoy.

Can also grill these, make sure you include the breadcrumbs as it makes all the difference.

  • 1 Cup Whole Tomatoes
  • 3 Cups Tomato Paste
  • 1 Clove Glarlic
  • 1/4 Cup Olive Oil
  • Spices: Oregeno, Bay Leaf, Basic and (FAMILY SECRET CANT TELL :)
  1. Pour oil in pan
  2. Cut up Garlic and brown in pan
  3. Remove from heat
  4. Add tomatoes by squishing in fingers
  5. Add tomato paste and 3 cans of water for each can
  6. Stir and add Spices
  7. Cook on low heat, the longer you cook the thicker it becomes (can even let it cook overnight if you wish)
  8. Boil water for pasta
  9. Add a little olive oil, just a drop!
  10. When boil add spaghetti, as much as you want, it is done when its soft.
  11. Strain water out, put back in pan and add some sauce!

egg_sandwichI’ve decided to put together some easy to make recipes that Mom gave me. These are essential for when you’re in college or just a bachelor.
Egg Salad Sandwich
What ya need…
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/4 Cup Milk
  1. Mix together with fork.
  2. Melt butter in pan and pour egg mixtures into pan.
  3. When egg starts to get into a solid form, put a slice of cheese on top and melt it.
  4. Fold cheese mixture in half.
  5. Put on toast and enjoy!
